Northwell Health launched an entirely new web format for their Institutes, and I wrote the foundational copy that brought it to life. Working with fresh components and an untested structure, I crafted messaging that set the template for how clinical expertise, patient stories, and service information would flow across every institute page. The result became the blueprint.
A brand-new Women and Children's Center launched at South Shore University Hospital. The web copy had to announce its arrival, showcase award-winning maternity care, and position private suites and premium amenities as an earned upgrade, not a luxury upsell. I balanced clinical credibility with aspirational comfort, ensuring the community saw this as South Shore elevating care to match their expectations.
